Submitted vs Verified vs Live links

Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding how much to submitted a day for a new blog or site.
Now i am following @Ron example which is for a new site to go for 4 to 5 verified a day.
The thing is when i check all my verified links with ScrapeBox or what ever you want to use i find out that few of them are not live.
So my question is if i submitted 5 a day and after i find out that 50% of them are not live for example, should i increase the submitted with 50%?

    Link retention is a nightmare but I upped it to 50-100 per day but I cant get that to take off either right now.

    Try it and see how it goes mate, 5 is defo not enough though.

    Earlier this year I would make a site, start 50 to 100 links to it from the very first day and it was getting decent traffic after about three months.

    Literally get the content online, submit it to Google and then set the SER projects up with in an hour of two of each other.

    Wow that is a lot of links for a new domain, okay i will try something like you 50 to 100 and see the results. Will let you know. Thanks a lot @shaun

    @Shaun - how  many of those 50-100 links were to the exact same domain?  I want to be able to make that many links per day but I'm having trouble even finding a list larger than a few hundred of decent PR sites to use for my tier 1. What would you say is your backlinks per domain limit for tier 1?

    Probably 30-50.

    If you choose a few random pages every day from google and run them through the free daily Majestic metric check you can see that more often than not the have for example 3000 backlinks from 300 domains.
