%link% giving [ANCHOR_COMES_HERE] on first link for bound anchor text

hi,

i have 20 or so links bound in the format url#anchor in the URL field. 

i have no anchors added.

i add 3 random %link% macros to the end of my article as a test and the first one comes back as [ANCHOR_COMES_HERE].
the following 2 links are correct (url,anchor as bound)

how can i make the first %link% use the bound anchor as well please?
