Unable to bind webserver to interface :: 127.0.0.1:80

Hello,

When I start proxy scraper, I'm getting the error message:

Unable to bind webserver to interface :: 127.0.0.1:80

I know the question has been asked before and I've done some troubleshooting, closed down ISS, W3SVC, Skype etc. The problem it seems though is that there's a conflict between Proxy Scraper and Captcha Breaker which I also have running on the same machine.

If I close both programs and start only Proxy Scraper it works fine. Soon as I start Captcha Breaker I get the error message.

How to resolve please, any ideas?

You simply can not solve that unless you decide to shutdown the webserver option in Captcha Breaker. That one is not required if you use it with SER only.
