Suppression Lists?

Hi,

Yesterday I bought the GSA Email Verifier.
Right now I'm importing a big list from the GSA Spider into the Verifier.

How can I use a suppression list (a list of unwanted addresses) to clean up my list?

You can import them into filter settings and set it to SKIP when loading.
  • Thank you Sven.

  • Sorry but I could not find the way to import the suppression lists into the filter settings.

I may be missing something here...

The filter settings only allows me to set bad smtp servers, one by one.

What I want to do is to import many lists with thousands of bad email adresses each to filter.

    How can I do that?

Well I meant Settings->Rules->Mask. However that does not allow you to import a list of E-Mails to Skip loading. I have to add this I guess.

Just added that for upcoming version (already uploading).

    You're a genius sven :)

    Thank you!!
  • Downloaded the updated version today but did not find any way to import the suppression lists into the filters settings. Also tried importing the list into the mask settings but the software seems to freeze.

I just got myself another tool to work with the suppression lists, and I will use your verifier to do the verifications only.

Thanks anyway for your help Sven.

Hmm how big is that list? A really huge one would indeed cause the import to be slow and program might not react for some time.
