Inactive / Scheduler / Active

@sven im using the scheduler, there are some inactive projects that i will modify and reactive later but there is a problem, if the scheduler is running and i reactive a project, the scheduler doesn't count that project as active so i need to stop ser and start again for that project be counted by the scheduler... can you modify this?

hmm if I do that, most people would cry because they wanted it to react like that. Only projects are used in scheduler when you turned it on. Rest is under your control.
