Could not find a new article, add some new

Today for the first time I am receiving this message by GSA "Could not find a new article, add some new".  Does anyone know how to interpret it, or why it started?

True I have not added any new articles for a couple weeks.  If that is all it is alerting me about, then I can ignore it and would like to know how to disable the warning.

    What is your selected option for "Do not post same article more than one time per ______"?

    Yes, that option is checked and set for a max of "1". 

    I've been running GSA with the same configuration for a couple months, and it just started today.  Not sure why.

    I may have discovered the cause. 

    The other option:

    "Allow posting on same site again" was increased up to 5 posts a month ago.  I only have 2 articles in this project.  And I noticed that GSA is attempting to put more posts on a particular site, causing the alert to be generated.

    I just dropped the configuration to "3", which allows for the 2 articles, plus the link that is generated when GSA sets up an account with the site.  I bet this will fix it.

    Update:

    The above configuration change fixed this error message.
