ReverseProxies OCR Error

I have this error on many projects at GSA: "ReverseProxies OCR Error - status is not correct".
What does it mean?

    I just did it and they say that you have the answer.

    well thats the reply I get when calling there api...the html error page should never appear.

    "status is not correct" is the description from decapther with error code -1

    no clue, it's a description from the decaptcher api.
