If I have options set to check pr for verifieds, will the pr checks done there save that in the main global list as well? I'm just trying to avoid redundancy and save my proxies.

    You have to check that option in the global options, to save PR to verified.

    if i check it in global options, will it use that instead of checking separately for sending to indexing services?

    Yes, i believe so. Once you have the PR saved SER will not check it again but maybe better to ask @sven to be sure.
