Exclude certain sites from submissions

Is there a way to exclude my own sites from being submitted to? I am finding that my own sites are receiving submissions from my projects.
If I add a list of my own urls to the "skip sites with the following words in url or domain" section will that exclude my sites from receiving submisisons?

Either you add it there or in global skiplist (Options->Filter).

Yes, add your domains to the 'Skip sites with the following words in URL/Domain' section (and remember to tick the checkbox next to the option) and they will be ignored. Or even better, disable the sections of your sites that can be submitted to, or we'll all be spamming you!
