avoid posting url on same domain twice - % ratio

because currently we have 2 options
1. every url gets links from different domains (1 url x 1 domain)
2. all urls get links on same domains (simply... all urls x 1 domain)

would it be possible to manipulate this and set ie 25% ratio
it would mean that if we have 100 project urls (those that we want to submit), 25 of them would be submitted and get link from the same domain
every target site would be like 1-row matrix with free slots to fill with project urls

everything is technically possible, but do you think it is worth doing it?
it will make link profile a bit messed instead of completely identical when this option (avoid posting url on same domain twice) isn't selected

    okay, but I thought there is a topic on forum made ie by Ozz with suggestion how this could work :P
