Blog Comment.....SER or Scrapebox, what is your choice?

I have recently bought GSA SER and scrape box.
1. I am trying to build blog comments with these and i want your opinion which one i should use for blog commenting in terms of less time and more success rate.
2. What is the difference between blog commenting of scrapebox and ser and which one can produce comments on niche related sites more effectively?
3. Do you recommend to scrape the URLs from scrapebox and then import them into gsa to create blog comments? Do you think this can be more effective?
