I purchased some expired domains. How are some effective ways to use them?

I thought a redirect might be good. I can redirect to the MS, and at each tier 1 I own. How many redirects per site are OK? Is this generally a bad idea?

I know I can brings back an old snapshot of the site. Is that a good idea?

Should these nbe made into dedicated T1s and T2s? If so, what qualities do I look for?

    PS redirect --I've seen competitors do this for years and still see it happening.
