GSA PR Emulator and Yandex (or best practice)?

If I am testing a list of like100K URLs, it seems like the majorities of the proxies fails when I use the PR emulator and check against Yandex.

Any suggestions or recommendations in order to test against some of the other services to emulate the PR?
