How can I fix this from the message area?

Its showing as "important massages"  in the Search Engine Ranker.  it reads:

"2019-02-26 09:50: No targets to post to (maybe blocked by search engines, no scheduled posting) [first appeared at 2019-02-26 09:46]"

What does it mean?

I have ran the program from time to time a few days.   

It shows 71 submitted and 4 verified... no information on Nofollow and DoFollow links.

I think the same program had a different showing results before.

    you can see all details to the links in the "show verified urls" dialog (right click on projects->show urls). The listing on the right is empty on restart.

    The message means exactly whats written there. There are little targets to keep all threads busy for submissions. If you use proxies,make sure they are not blocked. Check that in proxy setup.
