I can't pay using paypal

Hello,

I wondering why I can't finish payment using paypal?
It says "your shopping cart is empty" and I can't finish my payment.
I check my paypal balance is more than enough to pay for it.
I use link from blackhatworld forum to buy it and use the coupon code.

try another browser, sometimes it's plugins and privacy stuff that causes this.
