Error "No targets to post to (maybe blocked by search engines, no site list enabled"

I saw (No targets to post to (maybe blocked by search engines, no site list enabled, no scheduled posting) this error message when I was running campaign for a project. Can someone help me how can I resolve this?

Basically it is all about your proxies usually (public proxies banned on google).
