[Feature Request] Skip Scraping Image

Add ability to auto skip:

-scraping image
-scraping video

please make auto skip while  user no use image/video in content.

and please stop scraping and insert authority link when user input their own URLs

where GSA CG still scraping images, video, links when I don't use them.

    but you can set that up yourself? Just uncheck the sources in project options->scraper and it will no longer search them.
