Need help to select RSS Feed Submitter Software

Hello to all,
I am thinking to purchase RSS Feed Submitter Software, 2 options are in my mind, one is K. Soft RSS Feed Submitter and Seconde is submitsuite's Feed Submitter. Please guide me which one is best? and Please suggest other options.

whats wrong with the RSS category in SER? I don't see much more use in this but the engines worth it have been added there. If you miss some, let me know.

Oh, Yes, How i forgot, Thanks.
Please guide me to GSA SER custom engines. Custome Engines are useful for GSA SER Or by default, GSA is enough?
