Which VPS hosting plan would be suitable for my needs?

I am running Gscraper/Scrapebox along with GSA(With Best performance) and currently I am using 1 GB plan of Berman Hosting. Which plan do you think is more suitable for my need.

PS: I might also use magic submitter sometimes..So take that also in consideration

    I had a previous VPS with 1GB, but found it was just no enough, now i have the middle pack of berman, and i get around 1.2GB usage, but you should just monitor your ram useage to determine if you need an upgrade or not.
