Programming language to automate GSA SER ?

Hello everyone, I'm learning programming language, (var,if,else,else if etc...), my question is, as soon as I understand the basic logic of programming, which language should I focus in order to automate my GSA SER task ? Let's say:
LIST OF URL (CSV)
IMPORTANT TO GSA SER
CHECK IF INDEXED (IF YES)
IMPORT TO GSA T1(IMPORT OPTIONS FILE)
etc...
