No images/videos inserted

I am using a licensed version of GSA CC and I cannot get it to insert a single image or video when I scrape.

Also when I untick the option "insert image or video (but not both)" and save it, it does not save.

    videos and images are inserted one export or preview. Do you have any images/videos listed at all?

    OK so did you enable engines that scrape images/videos? If you did not, then there will be nothing to insert. Also I can not reproduce that nothing is saved in options. I can check/uncheck and it saves correctly.

    Some engines don't seem to allow media anymore.

    The problem is that i had all regular sources disabled and was just using some custom sources.

    Yes that would be a good idea.

    I still cannot get the "insert image or video (but not both)"option to save when I untick it.

    Could you offer access to your PC to reproduce this "not getting saved" stuff? I really can't see whats wrong.
