I have turn on the "Don't remove urls (check hint)"

While re-verify comes SER removes working links due to some proxy issue.

If I turn on "Don't remove urls (check hint)" do SER will re-transfer from submitted to verify the same links, If it is not in verification column.

    We had this discussion before. This option should not be used. It applies only for "submitted urls".; those URLs who have not been verified before and waiting verification. SER removes links after a longer time if no verification happens for those who will probably never verify. You should not keep them in list unless you have some good reason.
