GSA CB on LAN and multi log-in computer

hello, since GSA CB can act like a webserver... will it work through LAN ? for
example in my Desktop i'm using IP 192.168.0.10 and my laptop use IP
192.168.0.15.
GSA CB is set on desktop. If i direct the request to deathbycaptcha to 192.168.0.10 from my laptop, will it works ?
if on a single computer, i have 2 simultaneous login and GSA CB active on an account, will the second account able to connect through GSA CB through webserver ?

Yes if you use 0.0.0.0 or the external IP and not only 127.0.0.1
