Verified URL "Anchor Text" Error

Can someone tell me where is the problem? Is there software cause it. Thanks :)

    Thats nothing you can fix.
    Your project uses Indexers as engine. SER finds links like...
    www.blah.com/xyz/blah=http://www.somotherurl.com/blah

    The light red part is seen by SER as a URL in URL and now SER tries to replace that URL with yours in the hopt to see a backlink or some useful data. In some cases, there will be a link but with some anchor text you would not expect. But thats nothing SER can predict or fix.
