Billing Problems

Hi there,
Yesterday i was double charged trying to buy one of your products because there was a VAT issue.
I contact yesterday the billing department (pay@avangate.com) about my issue and how to get my refund ( i was 2 times charged and i didn't receive any of them bcs the issue ) but i didn't get a answer yet.
Can somebody please help me?

    I didn't get any notification, but a quick search with your email showed it is just one order finished.

    Yes i see that paypal didn't hold the money for the failure order.
