Scrape Box - List of links only Domain can be used in SER for backlinking process?

Hi there,

I have scrape URLs from Scrape Box. After that, I remove the duplicates. Then I trim the URLs. I kept only Domains and remove the duplicate domains. Now I have around 140K domains.

My question is

Can I use this only Domain URLs in SER for link building process or I have to give SER a full URLs which I have scraped from Scrape Box?
