Issue with None Existant Verfied URLs

i have a question regarind some of my verfied urls..

so when i click on a project

Shw URL - Verified

and then veryfy all whats in there ... even when all are gree it think SER is only checking if the site returns a 200 Status Code it does not actually checks for the link anchor .. cause .. i figured that tons of sites return some empty page .. its a normal html output all the crucial links are gone ..

since those urls on Tier1 report as being Verfied Found ... other Tiers will built backlinks to it, even thou nothing is point to my sites ...

therefore i was wondering if there is a way so that SER actually checks for a existing link on the page rather then only a Status code?

A ReVerification will check for the link being there or not.

so the one is the project settins called ReVerification will actually check for the link ... and remove it not found, but the one in show url canot check only for the status code ...

is there a manual way to do the ReVerification ... 

or a way for the 2nd Tier to make linsk only or  .. ReVerificated Links  before it posts the T2 link?

if you have the project optione nabkled to reverify for all tiers, then it is checking all that automatically.
