Hover over text disappears too quickly after latest update

Hey there, just updated the GSA CB and noticing the hover over text disappears too quickly. Tried to see if that's the case with SER and it's not.

    hover over text for what? This is usually a windows default timing. In SER I changed it though.

    On text right after check boxes.

    There is an explanation that pop's up right?

    That is what I am talking about.

    About windows default timing - I can's see it happening with GSA SER
