Link already Present - I want to re-post to same site

i would like to  be able to post a comment to same site and the same url.

 I check the box in Options->Scheduled Posting Allow posting on same site again.

But i get the message to the log Link already Present .

If the same link is already on the page, it will never submit again to it. Thats pure spam that I do not support sorry.
