Move projects to new groups not working

Move projects to new groups not working or even old groups also not working. is it only me ?

Found the problem ..these projects were tier2 projects that's why they are not moving to a new group. Maybe you need to add a warning or a notice when the user try to move tier2 projects. Thanks.
