Email problem: ""POP3 Login failed - SockError: No Buffer space available""....Why's that ?

Why the above problem is causing ?

It's the Yahoo Mail newly brought from Bandit IM....never had this sort of problem earlier.

    I have this error too:
    POP3 Login failed - SockError: No Buffer space available
    I found that may bug in WinXP
