DBC new reCaptcha API support

Deathbycaptcha has recently added support for the new google recaptcha/nocaptcha. I don't think SER supports this yet as I have not seen any mentions of this in the changelog and I think it should since this new captcha is being used on many sites now.

    will not work as this is just for software using a browser in background where they usually send the captcha of that image to DBC and then simulate a mouse click. SER is not working with a browser in background for various reasons.
