how can i use GSA to Post competitors Backlinks

Hi, i want to know how can i post to competitors backlinks? I tried and import target URLS but GSA not submit any link, please help

    you imported the sites of the compositors or the sites where your compeditor has a link placed?

    i imported the web pages where my competitors placed their links

    then the engines he placed the links on are either not enabled in project or they are simply not supported.
