Web 2.0 Properties

I need some help, please.
I have 21 Web 2.0 properties that I created manually pointing to my money site.  How do I use GSA to Add Articles to beef up these properties?
1.  Do I hit them one at a time with links, or
2   Can I just add all the URLs into GSA and add links to them in one fell swoop?

    Just add the URLs directly into the project's URL field. During submission, SER will pick one of them and start submission.

    OK.  Thank You, Sven.  Would it be best to just submit articles or could I also pick social bookmarks and some aother subission choices?
