Project Stat vs Bottom Stat Bar

Hey bros

What is the difference between a certain project submitted count and the submitted stat count at the bottom of gsa ser?
I've got like 100k submitted on the project, but only 10k on the bottom bar. Has this got to do with "unknown submission status"?
I guess unknown submission status means it went to manual moderation, right?

I forgot to include that the 100k submission happened today.

the one at the status bar is also only counting the real submissions where a URL was in...the other also counts the one where accounts are created.
