URLs from competitor's back links

If I use a program (I have Link Tracker for example), to research competitors backlinks..  can I simply feed those site URLs into GSA somehow so GSA can search on those sites (I assume via a site:domain type search) to see if it can post to it somehow? 

Or what's the best way of doing this?

Or just use "post to competitors links" in project, under options. Does the same thing.

Scrape them and then right click on the project -> import target URL's
