How can I send bulk emails from a list that I have ( didn't scrape here)?

How to upload the list and send using SMTP.

Do I need a third part SMTP service? What do you recommend?

I want to send 10,000 emails per day. The list is not clean. It will have so many dead emails and so much bounce rate.
