I need some Help with my gsa ranker - low lpm and 4% captcha success rate

The last 3 days i was trying to figure out what the problem is with my gsa ranker, but i have no answers so thats why i am posting this thread in hope to get some help.
I tried to create a churn and burn campaign but it did not go down so well. I have low captcha sniper success rate and a very low lpm.
To begin with i have this following things setup.
1. A vps from greenclaud
- 18GB RAM
- 3 Dedicated Cores CPU
- 600GB SATA/300GB SAS15k/90GB SSD
- Unmetered bandwidth
- 1Gbps Port
- 24/7/365 technical support
- Location: France/Canada
- Windows Server 2008 R2
- 2: gsa ranker and captcha sniper
- 3: 300 emails
- 4:50 private proxies from buyproxie
- 5: a verified red list from serlists.com
