GSA Ser 9.65 Versus 9.46

I have done some tests and compared the newest version i.e 9.65 with the older version 9.46.

I observed that I had great problems with various engines (contextuals) in the newest version - so I took the exact same list and tried parsing it into 9.46.

Gues what...Now I was able to get them verified.

How come there is such a major difference on the newest version compared to 9.46 (considered to be a milestone)?

Why are no one else reporting issues with the newest version? I bet there are quite a lot here using older versions - right?

The real question is - why keep releasing flawed and clunky versions - instead of fixing those corrupt engines first (articles)?

It's really quite stupid, that we have to use version x for one thing and version y for other stuff...
Why not fix all engines (contextuals) before adding any more new stuff, like nofollow engines???

    Give me yours, to test it. I tried many versions wich works like new one, 2000 submitted and verified 80.

    Allright here you go - 9.46 complete version:


    In order to use it correctly - all entries and leftovers must be removed from previous version....
    So:
    - Make sure to delete c://user/yourname/roaming/gsa ser...

    and also in c://programfiles/gsa ser


    Those 2 must be deleted manually, before installing this version.

    You are welome;)

    Make sure to unable all unneeded engines, and go for contextuals.

    Add  Eve (ReCaptcha) + Capthca Breaker + BanditIm textsolver, and perhaps DBC/Imagetyperz

    - Check mails aren't blacklisted and proxies too first;)

    Well things like that are not helpful. Whats needed are the URLs that produced links in old versions but not in new one. I request this all the time. What I get is something like a list of URLs with junk (sites being down) or URLs who work for me. If you can please provide some sample URLs, Im more than happy debugging this.

    It's not about evidence... I'm just wondering how many verifieds you achieved, how many submissions you made, how many days you let gsa run etc.

    All the stats are right there. look at the dates, etc.  and this is on only dofollow
    set up in GSA SER.

    Dude, that's only 1 engine. K2

    It's been running like that since the engine was added assuming you had the targets in your lists.

    The rest of the contextual engines are not verifying anywhere near the rate they were in 9.46

    Turn off your K2 selection and you will see a very different, and very sad story instead.

    i just checked, about 1/3 are K2. 

    I never ran 9.46... was on 8.32 for a long time, and just 
    jumped up to the newer versions. I am just getting a lot 
    more contextual s than the norm. No other options, for me.
    I just bounce back from version to version. Depending on 
    what i am doing. There are a few versions that out perform
    each other. I personally hand build my 2.0s or buy them.

    Just reverted back to 9.46 from newest version. I can see my VPM changing from 30 to 150+ on contextual and social network profile engines.

    Switch back to 9.46, you'll see even better results. I'm not saying the new versions are not infinitely better than 8.32. this discussion is about the issue that has come to be in the last few versions where several engine types are just not verifying succefully. some are but at much lower success rates than in 9.46.

    This is being widely reported. Even s4nt0s confirmed in another thread that WP Articles are not being verified at all.

    There's an issue and we're trying to get the developer to notice and take action on it.

    Copy and paste that file in SER folder:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\GSA Search Engine Ranker

    Create a shortcut for Desktop for more convenience.
