Error Modifying Host File?

in GSA Captcha Breaker
Hey Everyone! I just bought GSA CB and Whenever I open it up I get this error.

This is strange because I disabled my Malewarebytes premium and disabled my firewall and i still get this error. I also run it as administrator.


On top of that whenever I click "OK" twice it takes me to the program.

    Do you use it with Search Engine Ranker only? If so, just disable the webserver option and you don't have to worry about it anymore.
