is it advisable to use scrape list as tier one directly on money site
right now i don't know what to do have scraped lots of lists am planning using it on my money site as tier one
just don't know if it is a good idea, though my plan is to use it with strict filter that is, PR3, dofollow as well it must be contextual, am still asking if using scraped list directly on money site with this strict filter is a good option
