GSA Post To Same Domains Running Same List?

When I run a list through GSA and lets say I get verified links A, B, C  If I delete target cache and history + accounts and run the same list again, will GSA post to the same domains again ? Or will GSA remember the places it posted to and not post to those locations again?  @Sven your help will we greatly appreciated once again.

    it will not submit to sites where it has already submitted or verified links.

    Hm, it will not resubmit even after delete target cache+history+accounts?
    So, what we need to do if we want to submit to the same list again? Create new projects or what?

    you need to use scheduled posting option. But thats just for contextual links. For guestbooks, blog comments and so on you will not be able to submit again.

    I understand. I setup scheduled posting but I still want to post more than once.
    So, if I want to run again non-contextual links I need to create new projects from scratch?

    well yes but that would not help as the program will stop posting once it sees the link already prsent on the page.
