How many links should I put per campaign in Tier 2?

I found that my gsa have low submitted rate. Should I put up to 3 tier 2 link per campaign in order to increase submitted rate?

    To get a better LPM you need to have your projects settings set up right. You need to have a good verified list or be constantly scraping new urls to add to GSA (usually with scrapebox or Gscarper).When I first started I barely got 1 link per minute but after studying this forum and improving my scrapebox skills I'm averaging around 35 links per minute.
