GSA SER can't use another captcha

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
in GSA SER setting, if I use death of captcha as second, I can't test successfully.
But If I use death of captcha in GSA captcha as second service, can be test and worked.
So SER must only can use GSA captcha?

and my GSA captcha only have 48 %success rate, is this correct?

    Make sure you do not simulate death by captcha in Captcha Breaker, else it will not work.
