Askmebot still alive? RIP.

Hi,

I ordered Askmebot (Single User Access) on 4 Dec 2014 and i wait 1 day. No answer from askmebot then i ordered again on 5 Dec 2014, No answer again.

I opened ticket to support to cancle my second transaction, they ddn't answer me unit now. On 8 Dec 2014, I open ticket to support again and no one answer me. On 10 Dec 2014, I open ticket again and nobody answer me until now.

They are still alive ?

Who know them please check.

Do you think what should i do next?
