How to post only in particular country domains?

I need to do posting at one particular country - for example Germany
How can I import sites from sitelist from only Germany domains and set up SER to skip non-german sites?
I tried in project options to check all countries in field "Skip sites from country" and left uncheck only Germany, but it still post to USA and other countries as well

Strange, I think that should work. Uncheck "skip sites from country" and check "skip sites with the following words in URL/domain". Then place !.de in that box. It means that SER will only post to .de domains.

But mostly I am interested in posting to country-based domain - so just domains from Germany with any domain zone

Well, it's not work, I get something like this

08:36:26: [-] 01718/12396 filter "!.de" matches domain of http://www.***.com/umbria/benvenuti.html

The filter reply is correct. It is a .com domain is so skipped as only .de is allowed

If you think the language detection was wrong ons ome sites, show me the samples.
