Last STEP - only change URL

Hello

In last step in my engine I only want to change url on: example.com/userslist/profile=%mylogin%

So I did:
[STEP2]
modify url=/userslist/profile=%mylogin%

but SER doing this change badly. only few % of links get string on end which I want.
What should do ?

    may I ask for what reason? If it's just for the verification URL, you should simply use this for 

    verify url=/userslist/profile=%mylogin%
