How to export links with correct codification?

Always when I try to export links in .csv format I got all messed up and mixed, like this:

Date,"URL","Anchor text","Engine","Type","DoFollow Link","Indexable","Links (int)","Links (ext)","Project","Link URL","Live Check","Google PageRank","Login","Password","E-Mail"
2014-09-11 15:33,"http://act.jsssinbo.net/forum20086/index.php/사용자aaa","Website advertising","MediaWiki","Wiki","","X","20","14","websitet","http://www.website.com","2014-09-11 15:33","","SheldonShinn","Cip476RL","saaaa@jmail.com"

    There is a way to export in sepparate tables? Or some recommended software to see without all links this way?
