Is GSA SER Still for two PC?

Hey can anyone help me with this issue? I previously installed my GSA SER in my laptop and then installed on PC. GSA SER working good. But after I setup my laptop with new windows and going to launch the software with my license "Please restart the program" pop up message coming and I clicked ok on this message. When I restart it again putting my license and again "Please restart the program" pop up message coming.

    I think you can only run SER on 1 PC, but @sven will confirm

    @showravssl You can install SER in multiple PC's but can run only one instance at a time

    @Vijayaraj @Sven yes I know that. But the problem is when I uninstalled it and again install it after my windows setup its accepting my license but when I restart it again its just showing the Buy Now, Register and Ok button. I am making a video for my issue. Will post it in my next update.
