No More Target URL's

So, I ran through a list which was purchased from SerLists (Blue). For each tier 1, I only got 20-35 verified links, which is mostly due to my settings. My question is, what now? Do I run through the list again? Do I purchase a new list and wait until then? If I do run through the list again, how do I do that without polluting my site list or erasing past URL history?
